Delivery for Apparel, Fitness Accessories and Selected Items:

Standard Shipping Canada & U.S – Orders arrive in 5-8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays

Express Shipping – Canadian orders arrive in 1-3 business days / U.S. orders arrive in 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays

Dynamo Fitness offers FREE shipping for signed-in Dynamo Fitness members – sign in during checkout and free shipping will automatically apply

Dynamo Fitness offers FREE shipping for guest orders of CAD $100 or above

Dynamo Fitness charges a CAD $10 shipping FEE for guest orders of less than CAD $100

Delivery for Weight Equipment and Selected Items:

Standard Shipping Canada & U.S – Orders arrive in 5-8 business days in selected items, and from 12-15 days on heavier equipment, excluding weekends and holidays

In stock weight equipment will be shipped within 48 hours

Express Shipping – Canadian orders arrive in 1-3 business days / U.S. orders arrive in 3-5 business days in selected items, and from 5-8 business days on heavier equipment excluding weekends and holidays

Dynamo Fitness ships and delivers all the equipment it sells for a FEE
Shipping costs are determined by the item's size and weight, your selected shipping method, and your delivery address.

Large items include products like benches, squat racks, dumbbell racks, barbell racks, and more selected items. These large and heavy products cannot be sent by common package delivery and must be shipped via a large-item deliverer.

Calculated taxes depending on region applied at checkout
Your item will be delivered via standard freight. Drivers do not assist in the assembly of your product. Therefore, we recommend you to have someone to help you bring your item indoors.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the programmed delivery date, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible and no longer than 5 days prior from the established delivery timeframe displayed on the order tracking.

Return & Refunds Policies:
At Dynamo Fitness, we want to make it easy for you.
Returns and Refunds for Apparel, Fitness Accessories and Selected Items:

If you are unsatisfied with the product, it must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, for a full refund.

You will not need a receipt, but you need to provide your order number to receive the full refund.

The product must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached, of course if your item had any tags when you received it.

We only provide refunds onto the original payment method used to place the order.

Unfortunately, exchanges are not part of our returns policy.

Returns placed separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Please keep in mind, combining returns will slow down the refund process.
If you’re a Dynamo Fitness memeber, you can enjoy FREE returns by signing in and plaicing a return from your orders page.

On the other hand, if you shopped as a guest, you’ll need to access your order with your order number and email address. The items returned will have a return FEE of CAD $8.
Anything you returned our way accidentally or incorrectly (that’s not a Dynamo Fitness item) will be your responsibility, not Dynamo Fitness.
Returns and Refunds for Weight Equipment and Selected Items:

Weight equipment may not be returned unless it is non-working or damaged.

Product must be returned in its original packaging.

Applicable manuals, parts and equipment accessories must accompany the return.

Returned fees will be deducted from the total return value. Delivery fees are not refundable unless incorrect items are received

A restocking charge of 20% applies to all returns.

Within our established delivery zones, if the item(s) require our trucks for pick up, an additional charge of CAD $100 will apply.

Orders will have to be shipped back at your expense. Original delivery, freight and shipping charges are not refundable.

Returned items will be refunded accordingly after inspection upon our receipt of the item

The original purchase price, less applicable pickup fee, less the orriginal applicable sales tax, will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Please Note:
Once you have requested your return, you will receive a returning label by email. You can visit any FedEx near you to ship back your purchase. Once we receive your return, our shipping department will send you a return confirmation. Your return will be processed back to the same way of purchase within 5-10 business days.
